Instead of having a face-to-face fitness instructor, get a virtual one. There are plenty of exercise classes available online that you can try to stay active with. The good news is that some of them might even be free.



2.Play Active Video Games
Technology is great because sometimes even playing video games can be considered as an activity to keeping active as the game requires you to move around. If you already have one at home, take a few minutes of your day to move your body and sweat a little with this simple yet fun activity.




3.Try Skipping Rope
Skipping rope is an easy and awesome at-home cardio exercise for anyone of all ages. Just make sure that you find a safe area in your home for jumping.




4.Dance to Music
Dancing is a really fun activity and there are also a lot of dancing challenges now on social media. So practice those moves and show everyone how fun it is. The great thing about this is that it can be done alone (which is a plus point since you will be social distancing)




5.Do some muscle strength & Balance Training
Stay fit through doing some muscle strength and balance training. There are some workouts that don’t even require weights, and you can just use body weights. Keep a routine and work out consistently and you’ll be able to come out of this MCO with a good habit.
