MR.DIY COVID-19 CSR: MR.DIY x Malaysian Relief Agency (MRA) PPEs to 136 Services Nationwide
MR.DIY, in collaboration with the Malaysia Relief Agency (MRA), recently channelled essential personal protective equipment (PPEs) such as face masks, face shields, hand sanitisers and disposable aprons worth more than RM432,000 to 136 healthcare and emergency centres across the country. The initiative is part of the retailer and organization's continuing effort to support frontliners and those helping to stem the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The PPEs are being channelled by MR.DIY’s own logistics network to district police headquarters (IPD), health clinics, hospitals, and quarantine centres across Peninsular Malaysia. MRA assisted in identifying the services most in need of help, and will also coordinate the distribution of these supplies in Sabah and Sarawak.
In support of “Lindung Diri, Lindung Semua”, MR.DIY is encouraging all eligible individuals to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Let’s fight the pandemic together!
