MR.DIY Covid-19 CSR: Sewn PPE Sets for HAT Mizan
MR.DIY received eight (8) rolls of raw materials from Hospital Angkatan Tentera Tuanku Mizan (HAT Mizan) to produce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) gowns set for the doctors and nurses.
The PPE sets were sewn by Afghan refugees and single parents of the B40 that were identified by Soroptimist International Damansara (SID). Overall, they have successfully produced full sets of 923 PPE gowns, including 903 headcovers and 883 pairs of shoe covers.
The PPE sets were delivered to HAT Mizan on 27th October 2021 and Brigadier General Dr. Sharifah Azlin Juliana Binti Datuk Syed Zainal representing HAT Mizan thanked MR DIY for the sewn PPE sets.
