On 15 October 2022, MR.DIY gave out foods and essential items assistance to 10 hardcore poor families and 1 OKU home in Johol, Negeri Sembilan.

This is yet another MR.DIY CSR’s initiative to help the underprivileged Malaysians, with an aim to alleviate their burden and struggle to put food on the table.

MR.DIY food assistance comes in the form of dry food items such as rice, cooking oil, rice vermicelli, instant noodles, biscuits, salt, coffee, tea, sugar as well as other essential items such as detergent powder, dishwashing liquid and shower gel.

The beneficiaries were identified by the local community activist in Johol, Puan Zuraini Ujang.

MR.DIY hopes to reach out to more underprivileged communities whilst committed to delivering its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) which are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
