On 29 October 2022, MR.DIY once again collaborated with the Soroptimist International Club of Damansara (SID) for its Movie Charity event held at MBO Cinemas, Atria Shopping Gallery in Damansara, Selangor.

MR.DIY treated 700 underprivileged who attended the event, both children and teenagers with goodies bags containing food items and toys for them to play with. These children attended were from Rumah Aman, Myanmar Refugee Community Learning Centre (MRCLC), Agape Home and other various homes under SID’s purview.

10 MR.DIY volunteers have lent their hands in distributing the goodies bag at the cinema’s lobby before the SID team ushered them in the cinema hall to watch a superhero movie called Black Adam. It was a fun and memorable day for the children and teenagers as the event brought big smiles on their faces.
