1. What is this Promotion? 

Spend RM30 and above in a single receipt using the “Pay” function of GrabPay eWallet at all participating MR.DIY Outlets to enjoy RM8 discount. 

2. What is the duration of this Promotion? 

Promotion Period is from 29th April 2020 to 31st May2020. The Promotion will cease once the 32,000 discounted transactions limit has reached at participating MR.DIY outlets or the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier. 

3. How can I find a participating MR.DIY outlet near me?

4. Who is eligible for this Promotion? 

All GrabPay users who spend RM30 and above in a single receipt using the “Pay” function of GrabPay eWallet at MR.DIY outlet during the Promotion Period. 

5. How many times can I get the RM8 discount? 

Each GrabPay eWallet account can only get ONE (1) time RM8 discount throughout the Promotion Period. 

6. When will I receive the RM8 discount? 

The RM8 discount will be applied directly to total bill when you pay with GrabPay eWallet. For instance:

• Total amount spent in MR.DIY in a single receipt/transaction = RM30
• Total discount auto apply on the payment at GrabPay Ewallet = RM8
• Total amount to be paid by using GrabPay eWallet = RM22 

7. Can I get discount if I purchase from MR.DIY online store? 

No, offer is applicable for GrabPay in-store transactions only. 

8.Why I didn't get the RM8 Discount from Grab e-wallet app at MR.DIY? 

Before filing the case, please check if you have met the requirements below:

1. Purchase above RM30 in a single bill
2. Pay by GrabPay
3. Previously did not get GrabPay RM8 discount (Offer is limited to ONE (1) redemption per Grab account or per device throughout campaign period)
4. Using GrabPay within Promotion period (29th April to 31st May 2020)
5. Use within redemption transaction limit (32,000 redemptions) 

• If you fulfilled all the requirements above but did not get Discount deduction. kindly get in touch with our outlet manager to escalate this to Grab. Kindly provide your Name, Phone Number (Registered in Grab) and Email Address.

Terms & Conditions

1. Offer is valid from 29th April 2020 to 31st May 2020. 
2. Offer is valid at selected Mr. DIY outlets.
3. Offer is applicable for GrabPay in-store transactions only.
4. A minimum spend of RM30 is required to use this RM8 off. 
5. Offer is limited to ONE (1) redemption per Grab account or per device throughout campaign period, whichever comes first.
6. Offer is limited to the first 32,000 redemption throughout the campaign period.
7. Offer is not valid with any other vouchers, discounts or promotions in-store.
8. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only. 
9. Offer is not exchangeable or refundable for cash or such replacement in part or in full.
10. Fraud, abuse of redemptions or any dishonest activities related to the promotion campaign may result in the forfeiture of promotion entitlement.
11. Grab and Mr.DIY reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and condition at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and MR.DIY shall be final.
