MR.DIY x Soroptimist International Club of Damansara (SID) 5 Homes CSR

MR.DIY and Soroptimist International Club of Damansara (SID) have embarked on a collaboration in delivering happiness and support to those in need by providing household items and personal care items to their homes.

18TH MARCH 2021

1st Home: Agape Home & Agape Home School, Rawang, Selangor

This is a shelter and education centre for orang asli and stateless children with 2 caretakers in-charged, Pastor Henry Martinus and Ms. Serena.

2nd Home: Rumah Aman Children's Home, Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh, Selangor

This is a home for children that are orphaned or from very poor impoverished families. This home not only provides shelter, but also a proper education support program. Founded by Abdul Rehman Dakri in 2005.

3rd Home: Shepherd's Centre Foundation, Semenyih, Selangor

This is a foster home for orphans and underprivileged children since 1993. The Founders/Directors of this home are Pastors Jacop and Bridget David.

24TH MARCH 2021

EDUFUN Learning Centre, Taman Pertama, Ipoh, Perak.

This is a learning centre for kids to get them off the streets and lead them to a brighter future.
It is iniated by Soroptimisit International Ipoh in 2014.

Myanmar Refugee Community Learning Centre (MRCLC), Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur

This school is in Kuchai Lama and is recognized by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
