Q1. What is ‘The Goal Hunter’?

A1. ‘The Goal Hunter’ is a Reward program for Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s users. You are required to click 'Start' to collect ‘stamp(s)’ for every in-store or online transaction made with a minimum spend of RM10 and choose your ‘Reward(s)’ (from a list of available Reward Vouchers), for every TWO (2) stamps collected.

Q2. What is the duration of ‘The Goal Hunter’?

A2. ‘The Goal Hunter’ will be refreshed on the 1st day of each month. You will only need to click ‘Start’ for one time only to be eligible for ‘stamp’ collection.

Q3. Why is that I can no longer see the ‘Start’ button when the new Goal refreshes?

A3. Once joined, you will not need to click on the ‘Start’ button to activate Goal again for the subsequent months. Your participation and stamp count will be auto refreshed every month.

Q4. Why can’t I join the ‘The Goal Hunter’?

A4. The Goal Hunter is limited to 4 million (4,000,000) users only, on a first come first served basis.

Q5. Why do I not have any ‘stamp(s)’ collected when I made a transaction(s) with minimum spend of RM10?

A5. This may happen due to several reasons:

• You must be enrolled in The Goal Hunter Campaign in order to start earning ‘stamp(s)’. If you have not joined The Goal Hunter campaign before, you have to click on the ‘Start’ button on The Goal Hunter details page to start collecting ‘stamp(s)’ for eligible transactions.
• The transaction that you have made may not be eligible for stamp collection. Please refer to Question 6.

Q6. Are all transaction(s) eligible to earn a ‘stamp’?

A6. The following transaction types are NOT eligible for ‘stamp(s)’ collection:

• Transfer
• E-wallet Reload
• Toll Payments via PayDirect/RFID
• Parking Payments via PayDirect
• Any Gift Card services
• Purchases using Touch ‘n Go Card

Q7. How many ‘stamp(s)’ can I collect in a day?

A7. You can collect multiple ‘stamp(s)' in a day, limited to a maximum of TEN (10) 'stamp(s)' only per month.

Q8. Why can’t I redeem the Reward Voucher of my choice?

A8. You have either reached the redemption limit of the selected Reward Voucher (please refer to the respective vouchers’ T&C), or the Reward Voucher has been fully redeemed by participating users (please refer to the The Goal Hunter’s T&C).

Q9. Is there a minimum spend for me to use the Reward Voucher(s)?

A9. Please refer to the relevant Reward Voucher’s T&C for minimum spend required.

Q10. How many times can I claim for the Reward Voucher(s) every month?

A10. Each user is eligible to receive a maximum of FIVE (5) Reward Vouchers every month.

Q11. What is the validity of the Reward Voucher(s) that I have claimed?

A11. Each Reward Voucher will have a 30 days validity period from the claimed date, exceeding that, the voucher will no longer be valid for utilization.

Q12. What happens to the ‘stamp(s)’ I have collected at the end of the month?

A12. All collected ‘stamp(s)’ will expire at the end of every month. You will have to restart your ‘stamp’ collection again according to the eligible criteria in the next month.

Q13. What happens to my unclaimed Reward(s) at the end of the month?

A13. All unclaimed Reward(s) will expire at the end of the month and may no longer be utilized to claim the Reward Voucher.
